As a further project for thepartneringinitiative.org we built a WordPress website for the first in a series of partnership hubs in Zambia. The ZBiDF is a multi-stakeholder platform, designed to engage business, facilitate dialogue and support partnership action on key business and development challenges. Define Media were engaged at the early stages of this project to discuss overall website requirements and how best to display content and the ongoing project work of ZBiDF. Many of ZBiDF’s projects involve training and development meetings, and as part of the development we included a full calendar based events system to allow staff members to add their own events and details of venues. These events are displayed in a calendar on the home page and also as an events listing as part of the main website. Define Media offered a series of training videos to accompany the launch of the website, and ongoing support as required for the Zambia team. Skype was used for meetings and the ongoing dialogue throughout this project.
